The Department of Economic Development announced today that it will award more than $8 million in 50% and 70% tax credits through the Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) to 39 organizations for community development projects statewide.

Windows and doors manufacturer Peerless Products, Inc., recently announced it will expand in Nevada, investing $3.5 million and creating 111 new jobs. Peerless’ expansion will increase the company’s production capacity at its existing Nevada facility used for warehousing, manufacturing, and research and development.

TC Transcontinental Packaging, Inc., a leader in commercial printing and packaging, announced today that it will expand in Clinton, creating 50 new jobs. The expansion is TC Transcontinental Packaging’s second in two years and will further expand its food packaging.

The Missouri Department of Economic Development (DED) announced today that it will award four small business incubators a total of $344,015 in contribution tax credits through the Small Business Incubator Tax Credit program. The contribution credits will help recipient incubators leverage $688,030 for capital and other non-operating expenditures to support business creation statewide.
