The Department of Economic Development (DED) announced today that it has awarded a total of $75 million through the Industrial Site Development Grant Program for 15 projects across the state. The program, funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), is focused on helping communities develop shovel-ready industrial sites to support business expansion and attraction.
Concrete Revival, a grassroots industrial, commercial, and residential concrete polishing and coating contracting company, announced today it will expand in Maryville, investing $350,000 and creating 13 new jobs.
Hillman Solutions Corp., a leading North American provider of complete hardware solutions, announced today that it has opened a new distribution hub in Belton, investing $3 million. The company’s facility, relocated from California, is approximately 305,000 square feet and began fulfilling shipments in early April.
Total Quality Logistics (TQL), the second-largest freight brokerage firm in North America, announced today it is expanding its presence in St. Louis, investing $370,000 and creating 85 new jobs.
