This Missouri Technology Corporation (MTC) program provides tax credits to eligible investors who make qualifying investments in eligible knowledge-based companies in Missouri.

Enhanced incentives are available for investments in eligible companies in rural communities and certified Missouri Innovation Zones.

MTC must approve a business as a qualified Missouri business prior to any investments being made for which tax credits can be awarded. Investments made before January 1, 2027 are ineligible. The tentative implementation date for the Angel Investment program is pending.
